Commerce makes final affirmative circumvention determination on steel wire garment hangers completed in Cambodia
Commerce made a final affirmative country-wide circumvention determination, applicable November 6, 2026, that steel wire garment hangers completed in Cambodia using Chinese-origin or Vietnamese-origin steel wire, or steel wire and paper accessories, are circumventing the AD order on hangers from China (A-570-918) and the AD and CVD orders on hangers from Vietnam (A-552-812; C-552-813), and are within their scope. The products are classified under HTSUS 7326.20.0020, 7323.99.9060 and 7323.99.9080, with wooden, plastic and other non-steel-wire hangers excluded, and, for the Vietnam orders, hangers with swivel hooks, hangers with clips permanently affixed and chrome-plated hangers 3.4 mm or greater in diameter also excluded.

Commerce issues preliminary affirmative LTFV determination on CBS from China
