NORTH AMERICA TRADE COMPLIANCE BRIEF
USITC finds injury from subsidized, dumped solar cells from India, Indonesia, Laos
The U.S. International Trade Commission determined that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from India, Indonesia and Laos. In other determinations, the USITC made affirmative findings in its expedited sunset reviews on certain steel grating from China, and Commerce found that revoking the countervailing duty order on certain metal lockers from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. Commerce also issued final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea for the period November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024, applicable November 5, 2026.
