CBP adds ACH Debit option for maritime fee payments effective October 15, 2026

CBP states in CSMS # 70134132 that, effective October 15, 2026, it will enable an ACH Debit payment option on eCBP when the online payment method is selected in Mobile Collections & Receipt (MCR). Vessel Agents and Owner Operators may pay CBP maritime fees by ACH Debit, in addition to check, cash, and online credit/debit card payments. When CBP selects "Online" as the payment option, the payer receives an Online Payment Request email linking to the eCBP Payment Portal, then to Pay.gov. CBP asks payers to have their bank allow Customer Number/Company ID 7005009908 and Transit Routing Number 041036046 through fraud filters to avoid payment delays.
