CBP 自 2026 年 10 月 15 日起在海事规费缴纳中新增 ACH Debit 支付选项

CBP 在 CSMS # 70134132 中宣布，自 2026 年 10 月 15 日起，在 Mobile Collections & Receipt（MCR）中选择在线支付方式时，eCBP 将启用 Automated Clearing House（ACH）Debit 支付选项。船务代理和船东/经营人除可用支票、现金及在线信用卡/借记卡支付外，还可使用 ACH Debit 缴纳 CBP 海事规费。
