CIT 在 Slip Op. 26-119 中维持 Commerce 对中国移动接入设备反倾销命令首次行政复审的裁定，案号为 Court No. 24-00219 与 Court No. 24-00221。两案分别由美国移动接入设备制造商联盟（Coalition of American Manufacturers of Mobile Access Equipment）与浙江鼎力机械股份有限公司（Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd.）提起，双方各自就 Commerce 的最终裁定提出异议并互为被告介入方。
