CBP states in CSMS # 70370373 that Quota Bulletin 26-408 covers 2027 Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act quotas for apparel articles under subheading 9820.11.09 and t-shirts under subheading 9820.11.12, as provided in HTSUS Chapter 98 Subchapter XX, Additional U.S. Note 2(b)(c), for the quota period October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. Entries submitted after 12:01 am local port time and before 08:30 am ET on the October 1, 2026 opening date receive an entry time of 08:30 am for quota qualification, and if a HTSUS group total exceeds its limit at 08:30 am ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
