CBP states in CSMS # 69813688 that it has updated the ACE Ocean CAMIR Export Manifest – Input to Customs and Border Protection Implementation Guide, revising the description in Segment M01, Data Element Vessel Name to add the note that if there is no vessel name, a vessel ID of "VESSEL" is required.
