CBP states in CSMS # 69915227 that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Error Dictionary V53 has been posted under the Supporting Documents: Documentation for Entry Summary Chapters section on CBP.gov. The update adds error F884 – EXEMPT HTS NOT ALLOWED FOR SECTION 338, which applies when exemption HTS 9903.03.05 is used for S338 and no appropriate dutiable Chapter 99 HTS is reported on the line.
