OPIS reports China Mono Premium polysilicon price unchanged at CNY 38.786/kg
China polysilicon prices hold amid market standoff, spot-futures gap
OPIS's Global Solar Markets Report, released October 27, assessed the China Mono Premium for mono-grade polysilicon used in n-type ingot production unchanged at CNY 38.786 ($5.82)/kg, or CNY 0.081/W, with inventory above 500,000 metric tons prolonging the standoff between manufacturers holding full-cost-based offers and buyers unwilling to accept them. Settlement prices for polysilicon futures contracts on the Guangzhou Futures Exchange for delivery between November 2026 and October 2027 ranged from CNY 33.620/kg to CNY 37.180/kg as of October 26, with the highest about 4.14% below the spot assessment. The Global Polysilicon Marker for polysilicon produced outside China was unchanged at $19.234/kg, or $0.040/W.
