USITC votes to continue investigations on linear hydraulic cylinders from Canada, China, India, Mexico and South Korea

The USITC determined on September 30, 2026 that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured by imports of linear hydraulic cylinders from Canada, China, India, Mexico and South Korea that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value and subsidized by the governments of China, India and Mexico. The affirmative vote, in Inv. Nos. 701-TA-802-804 and 731-TA-1799-1803 (Preliminary), means Commerce will continue its investigations of these imports. The USITC's public report, USITC Publication 5800, will be available on the USITC website by November 16, 2026.
